::Great place, hidden in Bayamon. Kids and Pet friendly, great staff, extremely service oriented. Cleaningness is A +. Very comfortable rooms. Staff goes beyond and more to make your stay very pleasant. Will recomend to friends for sure!!

::So May 1st 2017 was our week of stay. Keeping it simple I can say the hotel is very nice and great location. Walking distance to a bunch of food and shops. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Gladymarie gave me a boosting smile by writing down a simple, "Have a nice day" after cleaning our room. Simple breakfast and coffee gets your day going. Staff was a bit quiet yet never had any major problems so that was good. The gym has the basic equipment to get your morning work out up to beat, I sweat and my friend did too. Pool has a creative set up, plus room for kids to play in as well(water slide). My only concern was that I love hot tubs and there are water jets in the pool but were not hot. I know the weather is fantastic out there yet my aching body sure could use a hot tub after sitting on a plane for 7 hrs or so. To end this review I will tell you guys booking this place when it is in the busy months may give you a different experience. The sound of coqui frogs singing outside the hotel are a instant charm I loved hearing. Note: the GPS on our phones were life saving and reliable. Recommend keeping the hotel address on hand in the GPS system. We chose to drive a car around the island so our freedom was at our leisure. I will be back Puerto Rico, so don't forget us, Hollywood, California.

::Near good restaurants, casino and stores. The place is very nice looking and the pool is nice. Nice area and plenty to see for tourist that is close by. The air conditioner was a bit loud. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

::Great staff and service. Modern and in excellent shape even after Hurricane Maria. I stay at this hotel on every visit to Puerto Rico which is 4 times a year.
