  This is my second time at L’Osteria. I didn’t leave a review the first tine because I thought the incredible food was a fluke. I came back again and the food yet again exceeded my expectations. What can I say, Cristian the owners passion is evident in all that he cooks. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, this is your restaurant. Don’t expect American inspired Italian, spaghetti and meatballs etc. Be prepared to eat delicious food inspired by Italian tradition and made possible with seasonal fresh vegetables and meats of Puerto Rico. The menu changes according to season but the philosophy stays the same. To cook food that makes us connect with each other and the bounty nature has to offer. The location is tucked away but don’t be fooled. Inside this restaurant, the flavors will awaken your taste buds and the family style service will humble you. Bottom line, eating at L’Osteria is almost a religious experience;Be prepared to take your senses on a journey that will satisfy your appetite and soul.

  A true Gem of San Juan!! On an extended trip to PR, I began eating here regularly trying everything on the menu, the owner and staff are amazing and accommodating introducing me to new dishes and different wines. Reasonable prices, greast service and even after a hurricane truly amazing meals.
