  Old hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. The decor is art deco. Staff was friendly. Be aware that there is no elevator, if mobility is an issue for you. We had a room with a kitchenette. It was well stocked with a full sized fridge, sink and microwave.

  Puerto Rico has limited power and they had power and vacancies when we needed a place ! Beautiful rooms and large living area in the fourth floor suite with 2 balconies included. Amazing hotel !

  Me and my family had a wonderful time at this lovely boutique hotel! They have 9 rooms in total, so you really get to know the staff, and they couldn't be any more friendly, helpful, or attentive! The interior of the building was beautifully decorated and the staff was very knowledgeable about the history of the building, who the designer was, and even told us where we could find his art studio. We stayed one night in their Executive Room Suite and we were then moved to a larger one the next day. Both units were clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and looked exactly as they did in the pictures, the second unit was just dreamy! This place has a very unique charm to it, and the owner Elena went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay, she really pulled all the stops! They have limited front desk hours but they are available by text or calling afterwards and they were super responsive to all of our needs. Their customer service was by far the best that I have EVER experienced and the next time I am in town, I won't stay anywhere else ! A wonderful establishment run by true professionals.

  What a beautiful hotel ! I stayed in room 8 with my fiancé for a long weekend getaway trip and the design is very unique and vibrant. I highly recommend this hotel. It's very close to a lot of great restaurants and landmarks. It's also down the block from a nice park.

  The hotel is very beautiful and well decorated. We were in the one bedroom suite which was very spacious, with a full fridge, sink, and microwave. The location is perfect. We were pleased with our stay. A few negatives: the plumbing is old so toilet paper can't be flushed, it goes in a little trash can by the toilet. No elevator, so be prepared to carry your stuff up the stairs. And the front desk isn't staffed 24/7 but there is a number to call if you need anything. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay here again.
