  Be aware of prices... we had some pizzas (not bad) yet not great and a few beers and we ended up spending about $200... I will completely honest. I've been to Serafina about 6 time in the past 5 or 6 months and the service is the worst, they take forever to greet and even longer to bring the food. If you ask for drinks you might be lucky but i can't guarantee it and when you're done eating but want to enjoy the company of your friends and family they will come every 2 minutes to ask if you want the check.... it happened to me today... about 20 minutes ago. I'm not happy with the service. Food is ok, employers could smile more often but that's about it.

  Excellent. Absolutely excellent. Food was delicious, and eating it in that atmosphere made it even more delicious. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Only bad part is that it takes a little for the food to arrive.

  Atmosphere A+, hamburger and fries good! Server's lovely and helpful. Second visit had Italian being it's Italian restaurant, tried penne dish, way salty and returned it. Taste linguine, tastes good, and salty to lesser degree, didn't finish; man across me taste lasagna from his wife's plate, and pushed food away, Guess salty! Love Italian food and salt is condiment, too much salt destroys food and makes it inedible, and place is supposed to be high class. 4 stars taken away for way salty food!

  Food was good....But you have to wait forever to get your food. Service from the waiter was HORRIBLE! The guy didn't even check on our order (both main course AND dessert) until we asked him to. RIDICULOUS. Then on top of that they put in a 20% GRATUITY charge that you have no choice in paying, it is part of the bill. Then at the bottom they also have another "tip" section. Serving sizes are extremely small. Very very stingy on the portions.

  This place looks great both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a sexy place. The food and drinks however were not great definitely not bad but just won't blow your socks off. I'd say food and cocktails were just mediocre, but they do have great wine and beer. With all that said still give it a try might have better luck.
