Friendly staff, clean and quick service. There is no parking, so pay five dollars at the public parking or make sure to have someone sit in the car while you grab your coffee. Also, they don't offer the Starbucks rewards app at this location, which was disappointing.

The Starbucks in San Juan is great. I stopped here when I was touring the city and I used the fast WiFi for a while. The drinks and bites are great.

Good experience. I like this Starbucks better than all the others, maybe because it is in San Juan. The coffee just seemed to taste better and the milk/creamer didn't have the rotten taste like it does in US mainland. It is really clean and doesn't have the trendy, nose on the ceiling atmosphere. It was nice to relax here, get some Wi-Fi and check emails.

Opens at 6a.m. and that's important!! Most coffee shops in Viejo San Juan don't open until 7a.m.. This Starbucks is in the heart of Old San Juan and walking distance from anywhere downtown. If you stay in some of the bohemian chic hotels, you may not have a coffee maker in your room. Several hotels are like this. Keeps everything authentic. However, at 5:59a.m., my husband and I were walking thru the door (or waiting for the friendly staff to open the door). Always greeted with a smile and fast service. Can't go wrong here. Service with a smile. Buy your own cup & recycle. Bring it with you and you can use it each time. We were regulars. Seventeen less Starbucks paper cups in Old San Juan now.

Lots of options (especially with the seasonal holiday flavors). Loved the white chocolate mocha frappe. The ginger cake was moist and tasted something like spice cake. Restrooms were clean, as was the entire location. Enjoyed the additional privacy of having lots of nooks and crannies to sit in and review my social media accounts.
