  I stayed in this place two years ago when I were in a conference in Old San Juan. Nice little hotel, family feeling. The maid was as lovely as my grandma. The sea view was impressive. Not directly accessible to the beach from the backyard due to the fence, but the gate was just a block away. The prize is very reasonable. The room setting is a little dated, with small TV, small bathroom, and mosaic pave. I felt like I was hosted by a Caribbean family, not a modern Hilton-like hotel. Good for travelers.

  NOTHING!!! It's below a hole in the wall. The size of the room is a double bed plus 4 feet, 10 inch tv on a little wooden table. Windows dont open you pull a string to raise the shutters. And you will definetly carry your bags up 2 flights of steps. VERY MISLEADING. HATED TO GIVE THE 1 STAR

  I first showed up after midnight but the hotel made sure to send me instructions on where I could get my key and room information. When I first showed up, I must admit, the hotel wasnt what I was accustomed to. The biggest difference was the bathroom and shower not being in the room. Both were by the room through the living room area which was reasonable. The room was clean, had super cold A/C (a plus) and hot water. Again, I arrived late in the evening so I didnt get a chance to see everything but in my mind I thought, this will do for the price. The next morning I woke up hearing the ocean. I walked out of the room out to the back balcony to see the most amazing view! The beach was right in front of me. After soaking in the view I checked in and met the hotel staff. They were the best. I received recommendations on what things we could do, taxis, buses, restaurants, everything. We arrived early in the week so in the evenings we were the only ones in the kitchen and living room areas (which felt pretty exclusive. Like house to ourselves.) By the weekend other guests arrived. I never write reviews but I had to speak on how great this hotel was. Especially for the price. You arent getting a better deal than this. Like I said before, the room wasnt what I was used to with a separate bathroom, etc. But we got used to it and the stay was amazing. I will certainly be back.

  Quick service. Homie feeling. Great view! Its not a five or four star hotel but if you want to spend the day at the beach (30 seconds walk literally) and the night at a club or at a restaurant, this is the best you can get for the money. It has free parking (difficult to get in this area).
