::Barbacoa is a native Taino word and the origin of barbecue. This place does barbacoa right ! Slow cooked. Smoked. Large portions, very reasonable lunch specials from under $9 and good drinks.

::This place may not look like much on the outside, but it has a great atmosphere inside and the food is excellent. I had the pastrami sandwich and it was very tender and moist. It's owner operated and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They've only been opened two weeks so please show your support by checking it out!

::Cosy, pet friendly, excellent food and taste. Every plate was top notch. If you like burgers, stakes and anything related to barbecue, you'll defenetly have to try Barbacoa.

::I was visiting from St Louis, let's just say I eat bbq now and again. We came here for lunch, i had the pulled pork with the corn on the cob and my wife had the chowder. We were surprised by the array of flavors, everything tasted fresh with typical bbq style mixed with a South American twist. Would definitely recommend this place.

::Sub-par food. Way too expensive for the quality and service. It has a lot of potential but they must fix the menu and set real BBQ sauce, not he ketchup tasting one they use. Lunch took way too long to come out and only like half the menu was available. Not recommended.
