  I waited in line (with a premium card member of the bank) for 45 minutes. At the beginning of typing this review I clicked "very good" because to be fair Ive waited 3-5 hours in other banks. But now I am calling the location and they are picking up the phone and hanging up. lol now they get "poor to fair"
