  This place is amazing . It was my birthday and they brought 2 surprise deserts out for me . They also checked on me consistently throughout the night. The manager was so nice she always smiled at me and the host was so polite . They definitely have a place in my heart and I would recommend this place to anyone.

  My husband and I came down to the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Puerto Rico for our honeymoon, we went to visit BLT on Monday, August 7, 2017 the waitress we had was Rosie and she was magnificent. Rosie went above and beyond in serving us. Immediately after dinner we made reservations to come back Wednesday, August 9, 2017 and requested for Rosie to be our server again. Rosie always greet us with a pleasant smile and make sure that everything is OK. I will highly recommend anyone to go and visit BLT steak San Juan at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Puerto Rico. I think Rosie, her boss and the rest of the staff was showing us a pleasant visit at their restaurant. 5+ stars.
