  Great food and service. Our waitress brought out a sample of the Pork in Plantain sauce which I ordered because it was o good. The margaritas were delicious and the appetizers of beef and chicken empanadas were scrumptious as well.

  I would rate it a 5 for food and price but the staff was the most unfriendly staff I have come across in Puerto Rico. They had zero patience or care for us as a customer. It made our experience less enjoyable.

  The line was pretty long when I was there, and I started to question how good it was. It was amazing and I regret nothing. The food there is great, and their service is great too. They even called me a taxi back go my hotel. One of the best places I've ever eaten.

  Recommended by a local. Prices are a little high except for the sides. Had rice and beans, mashed plantains with garlic (EXCELLENT), fried plantains (on the bland side...needed some salt), cheese balls (fried cheddar...yummy), fried corn sticks (good). Great margaritas. Service was VERY slow. If you're in a rush, don't stop here. Some staff not bi-lingual, so just point to menu. Bathroom outside restaurant, but clean. Happy I stopped there.

  This place was for far the best place were I ate in Old San Juan. It is mainly for locals, you will not see too many tourists. Our tourist guide recommended it and was a great hit. Excellent and authentic Puerto Rican food. We were a small group for lunch and everybody ordered different dishes. EVERYTHING was amazing. The service was great and very friendly. The only thing is they don’t allow to do separates check for the same table. They should be more flexible on that. I totally recommend this place.
