  Ferreteria Ochoa is the Hardware Store to go because it is the most complete. Not understandable how this Guys making money . 6 from 10 Workers do only treat their phone good but not the clients. I arrived just after opening and the guy to attend the area where to buy products for propane use had not even been there. After some minutes he came along like he is on vacation. Some Guys look even at you like saying how can you disturb and some are even to dump to write a simple word . The Problem is that in other hardwarestores or businesses you have the same lazy Service. In DR the Client is not the King it is the Salesman.

  Totally abusive pricing on things like electrical tools and so on. They also tend to do total overkill on especially the technology sector, like RJ45 ethernet wall plugs. I returned my whole purchase due to how upsetting this abusive experience was.
