::If you book a month out and need to cancel be prepared to pay $159 to cancel even though you give a months notice prior to your stay. The will not waive the fee at all. Nor will they change the dates. EVEN if you book hours before and try to cancel right away. WORST customer service. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

::I stayed with my wife at Adrian's home for 17 days. Is perfect for Business and Touristic travelers and very suitable for seniors. It was exactly the place to stay we hoped to find when we booked. Very clean. It's a fully furnished studio apartment with all amenities that you need when we arrive. My wife loves to cook special dinner out on our last night at the place we stayed before returnng home, Kitchenette is entire equipped with refrigirator, oven, coffee maker, toaster,cooking utensils, microwave. I had the opportunity on a 40" flat screen TV in the comfort of our bed thanks to the Netflix service available at no additional cost. The accommodation has a modem for a connection safe to Ethernet via cable and free high-speed WI-Fi service. Isla Verde is an area very safe for tourist and with great location. The apartmet is ocated at 7 minutes away from Airport, Old San Juan is 15 minutes away and exactly 2 minutes walk from the beach. During my travels, I have met memorable hosts but Adrian is a super host. He was so helpful, our flight was delayed 2 hours and he remained in contact with us to assure arrived to the complex safely. Helped us checked in 10:40 pm and carried luggage to the apartment; always calls and checks to see if everything is okay. He make us feel special. always willling to help us during our stay and this time it's our turn to thank Adrian for the high level of hospitality that he give us. My wife and I appreciate Adrian's professionalism, with the patience and good character that treats the elderly like us. We will definetely stay at any of Adrian's properties on our future trips to PR., My wife and I take beautiful memories of Puerto Rico, yet generosity goes beyond the expectations of a couple like us and that makes you very special.

::This place was wonderful!! Beautiful, cozy and accurate to the description. It was also centrally located, right by the beach and about a 15 minutes to San Juan. Adrians location was minutes from the airport. Adrian is very responsive. Great service. Room is beyond very clean. Always calls and checks to see if everything is okay. Amazing place and very friendly, honest and reliable hosts. Thanks a lot Adrian for everything you really made feel like I was in my own home!!! You made our trip a beautiful memory. Would I recommend or Rent this location in the future if able to? I sure would!

::The studio a small but cozy spot right next to the water. The place is extremely clean and well decorated. The hosts were amicable and answered all my calls. Towels, linens and other basics are included. The bathroom is super clean and the kitchen is a full kitchen. Parking was easy but not provided. The beach in the back always has a party going on. Real fun spot of all the ones I traveled to.
