  Came here back in 2016 to this location I need to add that this is one of the best beaches close to San Juan area. This is a good beach for relaxing to take in the sun. The water here is clear with a nice turquoise color and most of the times it's clam. It's very good for swimming. As for snorkeling, you can see a few fish here and there but not the ideal spot for that activity. As for post hurricane Maria, I'm not sure what the situation is like these days.

  Ecológicamente es un manjar. Y resulta ser que existe una lucha por preservar este pequeño pulmón de oxígeno, hogar para la Cariba (un pequeño cangrejo de tonalidades violeta, rosa, naranja, etc) y otras especies. La lucha es del pueblo contra el municipio y el hotel Marriott, quien quiere destruirlo.
