::The hotel does well in spite of the obvious difficulties that Caracas is suffering from. You can't judge the hotel by the standards of anywhere else, there are shortages everywhere in Venezuela. The staff are very nice and I felt safe in the hotel that made it good.

::The hotel is nice and well located. It's kept in good shape unlike other hotels. What killed my stay there was that we had no TV service and that's unacceptable. To make it worst there was nos information or updates no letters and no apologies. In fact they wanted to charge me some additional fees at check out which I did not pay. I will be send a letter to Marriott to complain.
