  Clerks were friendly. However, the hotel room was dirty, Stained carpets, sofa bed stained, walls cracked. Price was too high for the hotel's appearance. no parking after 11:30. staff mentioned do not park outside is not safe. No one is there to open the gate for parking after 11:30. I do not recommend this hotel for a family. Thirty minutes after checking I left, whether they gave me my money back or not. My total was over $800. But I wasn't going to stay there for 6 days.

  Beds could be more comfortable and front desk should be able to know if the room she is signing to you is hard key or plastic key, so when one arrives tired you don't have to wait for someone to bring you the correct key. 🙁 other then that excellent place to stay.

  Right across from a hospital. More of a 2 star hotel. Only the rooms are air conditioned, walls are thin.

  Rooms very old fashioned. Musky room odor and dusty. Old cathode tube TV, very poor TV chanel reception. Carpets need to be changed. Skip Continental breakfast, it's terrible, juice had a fly in it. Oatmeal had the consistency of orange juice with pulp. Free and gated secured parking. Good location in Bayamon. Mildew on shower curtain. Last place to stay if no other choice is available and you must stay in Bayamon.
