  It is a beautiful area to stay in but PR hasn't recovered in enough to justify the price per night. Nightlife is fun, but there still isn't a lot to do. There is good food around the hotel though. The hotel. Itself is very nice and the beds are comfortable. I would stay here again, but not for a while.

  The location of this hotel is great. We had a suite on the 3rd floor and the view on the harbor side is good. It’s great to jog around the harbor around sunset. The room is large but the decor was dated. The breakfast was not special and the cantaloupe was even rotten, which surprised us. The service is good but generally speaking we think the room rate is too high.

  Location is great, hotel is very clean and the views are really nice. Bit disappointed that the room did not have a mini fridge. Even a small one for keeping a couple bottles of water or leftovers cold. Bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is close to everything in old San Juan. This was a the last day of our trip and we had not seen anything around old San Juan so it was perfect for a night.

  Can I give this hotel more than five stars? We got married in Old San Juan 2 weeks ago and we and our other family members stayed at the Old San Juan Sheraton. From the moment we arrived we received such incredible service, and all the staff members were so happy for us as we were preparing for the wedding. They went above and beyond for us. They even left a nice surprise from the staff for the newlyweds in our room. We couldn't thank them enough. Amber, Amanda, Angel, Joseph, Jonathan, Shelly and Wanda, we cannot wait to come back and stay with you again! The location is absolutely perfect and is in walking distance of everything in Old San Juan. If you need a cab they grab one for you in less than 5 minutes, however if you just want to be in Old San Juan you probably won't need a taxi. Everything is walkable. Their second floor Terrace and restaurant is lovely too and they have excellent prices for their happy hour. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The views of the Cruise Ships coming in we're really great. Again I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff really knows how to treat their guests.
