  Great Staff. Even though is not finished with infrastructure yet, many of the ammenities work. Great Service. Clean.

  This wasn’t a bad hotel. Real close to lots of stuff. Staff seems friendly. Their is a Denny’s on the first floor. They peeps were cool too. I only stayed one night, but I liked the view of the ocean and I liked the bed. So pretty good

  The rooms on the water are well designed and the views are amazing. Plus the other side has a lagoon view. It well located. Just needs work after the Hurricane.

  I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Over priced for the quality of the hotel. Needs major work done. The staff was rude and not very helpful. The walls in the rooms were cracked, ceiling had damage and you can see where they repaired it repeatedly with putty because of the bulging appearance and even that was cracked. Paint chips were everywhere in my room. A lot of obvious patchwork around the hotel, looked like beginners work. I had an awesome server in the hotels restaurant, food was ok. I sent an email about my concerns and received an unconcerned response with no resolution. Horrible customer service.

  March 2018: Some parts of the hotel are open, the ocean side tower has limited rooms and the check in desk has been moved to the 2nd floor of the lagoon side tower. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can get more towels from the desk. The parking garages, pools, and hot tub, are open. They are still recovering from and rebuilding from Maria. With that, I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is awesome. Everyone I've encountered is very friendly and bilingual. If you learn a few basic phrases in Spanish you'll find the locals very welcoming and they will suddenly know a lot more English. The hotel beach is small, but there's a larger beach within walking distance. Coffee and mini fridge in the room, but no microwave.
