  Choices Restaurant is a must! The service is top notch. The food quality is amazing. In particular, the conch and octopus salad starter. The churrasco is splendid, and the roasted veggies are succulent, cooked to perfection with the the right amount of charred flavor. A true gem in the hotel which should not be overlooked!

  Near the Convention centre. Very nice pool and lounge. Restaurant was quite good. $15 taxi over to Old San Juan area. Comfortable room. Business class Hotel, if that's what you're looking for

  Easy to get to from the airport and obviously convenient for the convention center. All of the staff are super nice, the rooms are updated, and there are three restaurants to choose from. Great views of the bay and Old San Juan from the balconies and they lounge. Definitely feel the love here as an elite member as well.

  One of the best convention centres for high level meetings and conferences. The vertical and horizontal navigation is easy to follow. Lots of circulation area and open to nature. The use of natural air and light is good aspect. The city of San Juan Puerto Rico is great too.

  The rooms are clean but average. The restaurants options are good at the facility. Texas De Brazil is in the same complex. The location is good only for convention otherwise the surroundings are not attractive and would not really stay here for holiday. The water pressure is not good. The service is not very good;i tried calling the guest services and 50% of the time they do not answer. Once i ordered a Greek salad then i got ceaser salad instead !! There is no 24/7 food service, their last order is around 10PM during the day and 11PM during weekend which seem to be very early. overall, i wont stay here again for the price am paying.
